Proposing an Event
Proposals for Creative Arts Experiences (CAEs) are reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis.
The Creative Arts Experience requirement was originally instituted to replace more traditional fine arts academic requirements. As an academic requirement, the fine arts expertise of faculty or guest artists should be integral to the event.
Please note that events must be submitted 30 days in advance to be considered for CAE approval.
Before proposing an event for the CAE program, it is recommended that faculty and staff members review the criteria for the Creative Arts Experience Program. It is important to note that each event sponsor should have expertise in the topic of the event being proposed. Collaboration from faculty members across departments is also encouraged!
